Head of Marketing, LIKEtoKNOW.it (LTK)
Reports to: SVP of Marketing
The Head of Marketing for LIKEtoKNOW.it is responsible for delivering growth and scale in our consumer channels. This role will be accountable for acquisition and retention goals as well as consumer performance metrics. Accountable for the development and execution of our annual consumer marketing plan, this role will collaboratively direct all consumer marketing programs across functions. This dynamic, high-impact role will Interact with consumers, partners, and senior leaders to grow the LIKEtoKNOW.it business.
While the Head of Marketing, LIKEtoKNOW.it reports into the SVP of Marketing, this position is embedded within the business unit and works hand in hand with the GM, LTK and her leadership team to achieve their goals. This role has supervisory responsibilities.
Collaborate with LTK and Marketing leadership to develop and execute our annual/quarterly marketing plans in order to support our customer acquisition/retention goals and the GM’s business objectives. Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members is essential to success. This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.
